Job Description
- Vet foreign exchange transactions and attend to the submission of Exchange Control returns to the Central Bank of Lesotho
- Compy with Governance in term of legislative and audit requirements
- Complete and submit Exchange Control returns as and when required
- Provide writted and verbal communication to clients and effectively handle customers’ queries
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions
- Provide Exchange Control guidance to internal and external stakehlders
- Own and partake in the advancement of Currency and Exchanges market.
- Understanding and application of relevant financial and commercial kowledge
- Ability to work with team members to achieve shared goals
- Verbal and non-verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate plans or ideas
- Systematic and rule oriented in gathering, retrieving, and evaluating data from varous sources
- Motivated to ensure that the highest standards of quality and productivity are maintained
- Motivated to improve own development t increase own competencies
- Ability to regulate delivery in response to the needs of the target audience
- Ability to display efficient use of time and proficient organisational skills with attention to details
- Writing skills are essential.
