In our landlocked country with a population of only 2 million people, it has proven to be a mammoth task to achieve stable livelihood through music as there’s little or no means to protect one’s rights in this stagnated business.
To us, it is something worthy of great notice and pedestal treatment when we come across people who for over three decades, have dedicated their lives towards entertaining Basotho and beyond.
‘Me Puseletso Seema is no exception to this. She seamlessly drifted from a herd girl and stick fighting lifestyle, to moving masses at difference levels and platforms.
‘Me Puseletso sits with our icons in history, who managed to create a pathway for young talent to perform across our borders.
‘Me Puseletso has seen some of the greatest collaborations, with the likes of the late Brenda Fassie with the release of a kwaito meets famo hit classic “Monate ona”.
Despite her great appearances, ‘me Puseletso still takes it upon herself to help promote younger talent through collaborations. She has lately locally worked with the likes of Mookho Moqhali, Pitso Rah Makhula, DJ Rochesta, Megaherz and many others.
Everything Live would like to extend it’s gratitude by celebrating this living icon on her 70th Birthday at Lehakoe.
We appreciate the fact that she dedicated her life to music while on the other hand facing the real challenges of motherhood and running philanthropy activities.
