Institutional Transformation, Governance & Public-Sector Reform | Lesotho
Senqu HR Solutions is constituting a multidisciplinary team of senior specialists for a proposed high-level consultancy assignment involving institutional transformation, governance, organisational transition and public-sector reform in Lesotho.
We invite suitably qualified and experienced specialists with demonstrable track records in complex public-sector and institutional reform assignments to submit their profiles for the following roles:
TEAM LEADER / INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXPERT
We seek a senior institutional development professional with strong expertise in public policy, institutional reform, organisational transformation and strategic management.
Profile Sought:
- Advanced qualification in Public Administration, Political Science, Governance, Economics, Law, Development Studies or a related discipline.
- At least five years’ relevant experience in public policy and/or institutional development.
- Demonstrable experience in the transition, restructuring or institutional reform of at least two institutions.
- Strong capability in institutional diagnostics, policy analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation planning.
- Experience in parliamentary/legislative development or the reform of constitutional and public institutions will be a significant advantage.
- Relevant experience within Southern Africa is desirable.
