Overview
The National Drug Service Organization (NDSO) invites applications from interested and eligible suppliers, contractors, and service providers for pre-qualification and inclusion in the NDSO Supplier Database for the supply of Goods, Works, and Services under the following category:
Fire Equipment Services and Repairs
Items Description:
- Fire Extinguishers – Service and Refill
- Hose Reel – Service and Repairs
- Sprinkler System – Service and Repairs
- Gas Suppression System – Service and Repairs
- Fire Hydrant – Service and Repairs
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documentation:
- Company Profile including:
- ID and CVs of core personnel
- Background and date of establishment
- Physical location
- Company Registration Documents:
- Trader’s License
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Bank Account Confirmation
- VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- References:
- Minimum of two (2) contactable reference letters from previous clients for similar goods/services
- Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the relevant field

- After registration, due diligence will be conducted to verify submitted information
- Only qualified providers will be added to the supplier database
