Senqu HR Solutions is constituting a multidisciplinary team of senior specialists for a proposed high-level consultancy assignment involving institutional transformation, governance, organisational transition and public-sector reform in Lesotho.
We invite suitably qualified and experienced specialists with demonstrable track records in complex public-sector and institutional reform assignments to submit their profiles for the following roles:
PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
We seek an experienced PFM professional with strong expertise in public-sector financial management, budget structuring, financial governance and institutional accountability.
Profile Sought:
- Relevant advanced qualification in Public Finance, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in public financial management and public-sector budget structuring.
- Strong understanding of public expenditure management, institutional budgeting, financial accountability and fiscal governance.
- Experience supporting public-sector financial reforms, institutional transitions or financially autonomous public institutions will be advantageous.
- Relevant experience within Southern Africa is desirable.
