CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Mobile Food Operators – Roma Campus
The National University of Lesotho (NUL) invites experienced and licensed mobile food operators to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the operation of a mobile kitchen on the Roma campus.
The University seeks vendors capable of providing high-quality, diverse, hygienic, and affordable food options to students and staff.
1. Objective
To identify vendors with the capacity, experience, and sustainable operating models to run a successful mobile food service that aligns with campus demand and enhances dining options available to the university community.
2. Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit a detailed EOI proposal containing the following:
- Company Profile
Business name, ownership details, and operating experience in high-volume environments. - Proposed Menu & Pricing
Sample menu with competitive, student-friendly pricing. - Operational Plan
Proposed operating days and times, staffing structure, and waste management plan. - Unit Details
Photographs, dimensions, and a full description of the mobile kitchen unit. - Licensing and Permits
Proof of all required and valid licenses, including:- Food safety license from relevant authorities
- Valid business license
- Any permits required for mobile food vending
- Tax Compliance
Proof of registration as a taxpayer with a valid tax clearance certificate. - Financial Statements
Financial statements for the latest two (2) consecutive years.
3. Submission and Opening Details
Detailed EOI proposals must be deposited in the tender box located at:
