Senqu HR Solutions is constituting a multidisciplinary team of senior specialists for a proposed high-level consultancy assignment involving institutional transformation, governance, organisational transition and public-sector reform in Lesotho.
We invite suitably qualified and experienced specialists with demonstrable track records in complex public-sector and institutional reform assignments to submit their profiles for the following roles:
LEGAL & GOVERNANCE EXPERT
We seek a senior legal professional with expertise in constitutional and public law, legislative frameworks, governance and institutional reform.
Profile Sought:
- Relevant advanced legal qualification.
- Demonstrable expertise in constitutional/public law, legislative and regulatory analysis, and institutional governance.
- Experience advising public institutions on legal frameworks, institutional mandates, governance arrangements and reform processes.
- Knowledge of parliamentary procedures, legislative institutions and institutional autonomy frameworks.
- Experience in legislative drafting, parliamentary advisory services or constitutional reform will be particularly advantageous.
- Relevant Southern African experience is desirable.
