The National University of Lesotho invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from local and international organizations and Government Ministries for leasing of the following residential and commercial properties:
1. Residential Building in Maseru West (Opposite Machabeng College)
• Large bedrooms
• Lounge, dining room, kitchen and laundry
• 2000m² open events space
2. Prefabricated Offices Space at IEMS, Mohale’s Hoek
• Offices space (2 × main offices)
• 20 open workstations (cubicles)
• Kitchen and storeroom
3. Sub‑Lease Term
5 years, renewable.
4. Compulsory Site Tours
• 11th February at Maseru – 10:00am
• 12th February at Mohale’s Hoek – 10:00am
5. Interested Parties Must Be Financially Capable and Submit:
• Company profile
• Valid tax clearance and company registration
