Standard Lesotho Bank is inviting qualified firms to express interest in conducting an independent Board Performance Assessment.
Scope of the Assessment
The assessment will evaluate:
- The effectiveness of the Board
- The effectiveness of Board Committees
- The performance of Individual Directors
