CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO BE INCLUDED IN THE SUPPLIERS LIST
The Institute for Development Management (IDM) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested, qualified, and reputable suppliers and service providers for consideration and inclusion in the IDM Suppliers List.
Mandatory Submission Requirements
All prospective suppliers must submit detailed company profiles that include the following:
- Company profile including background, date of establishment, and physical location
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid Trader’s Licence
- VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- At least three (3) recent contactable references for similar goods/services rendered
- Summary of services or goods offered

- Fleet Services (Bus Transport and Vehicle Hire)
- Systems Software (Accounting, HR, and other enterprise solutions)
- Towing and Breakdown Services

Submission Instructions
Interested suppliers must submit their Expression of Interest documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – SUPPLIERS LIST 2025/2026”
Submissions must be delivered by Friday, 22 August 2025 at 12:00 noon to:

IDM reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the requirements or is submitted after the deadline. This is not a tender but a call for inclusion in the IDM suppliers’ database.
