Request for Expression of Interest

Provision of Consulting Services for Conducting a Feasibility Study for Government Printing and Stationery Infrastructure Revamping Project

The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho through the Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs is in a quest to improve its service delivery and the rule of Law through enhanced printing services and stationery provision to the government and the general populace. This can only be possible through enhanced infrastructure that meets the required international standards. With this the Ministry wishes to engage eligible consulting firms to conduct a feasibility study on revamping of the Department of Government Printing infrastructure.

Eligible firms that meet the following requirements are invited:

  1. Valid Trading License and/or business identity card
  2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)
  3. Certificate of incorporation and company extract detailing ownership and business operations together with identity documents of shareholders.

The Principal Secretary for the Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs now invites eligible Consulting Firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a subconsultancy to enhance their qualifications.
