Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) invites qualified and experienced development partners to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a property development partnership on identified properties in Semonkong (Plot No. 25474-299), Hlotse/Leribe (Plot No. 25124-032), and Maseru BEDCO Trade Centre (Plot No. 13283-332).
The partnership aims to promote economic activity, enterprise development, job creation, and sustainable revenue generation.

- Design
- Construction
- Financing
- Operation and maintenance of the proposed sites
Objectives
- Identification of viable and bankable development concepts
- Attraction of capable private-sector partners
- Leveraging private-sector financing and expertise
- Sustainable developments aligned with BEDCO’s mandate
- Long-term partnerships with socio-economic impact
Submission Requirements and Evaluation Criteria
Bidders must demonstrate:
- Relevant experience in similar projects
- Technical competency
- Qualified personnel
- Financial capacity
- Credible references
