Environmental Engineer
China International Water and Electric Corp invites suitably qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Environmental Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement environmental management plans and policies
• Ensure all environmental policies are fully complied with to minimize the risk of legislation
• Ensure that Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures are fully complied with to reduce the risk of litigation
• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Monitor and control risk and waste management
• Support sustainability and green construction initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering
• Master’s Degree in Environmental Water Engineering
• BSc Degree in Environmental Science/Health/Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in construction projects, including 5 years managing similar projects (roads and bridges)
• Driver’s license will be an added advantage
