PEPTA Joint Venture requests proposals from Environmental and Social Consultants for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) under the Design and Construction Supervision of the Upgrading of Roma College of Nursing.

Mandatory Site Visit and Clarification Meeting
A mandatory site visit and clarification meeting will be held at the Roma College of Nursing new site development on 29 May 2026 at 10:00 hrs.

Submission of Proposals
Proposal submissions should be made using a one-envelope system, in a sealed envelope clearly labelled:

Closing Date and Time
Quotations shall be submitted no later than 12 June 2026 at 10:00 hrs.
One (1) original and four (4) copies must be hand-delivered on or before the submission date.
Electronic submission is not allowed for this procurement.
Tender Opening
The tender opening will be held in the boardroom of PEPTA Joint Venture on 12 June 2026 at 10:30 hrs at the above-mentioned address.
