JOB SUMMARY

Under   the   supervision   of   the   Assistant   Marketing   Officer,   the incumbent is responsible for collection, compilation and storage of marketing statistics/information.  The officer is also responsible for assisting in the conduction of marketing research/surveys.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing   Statistics/Information   Collection,   Compilation   & Storage

❖ Collects  marketing  statistical  data  using  the  data  collection instruments.

❖ Compiles the collected information/statistics and portrays it in a presentable and usable manner through the use of tables, graphs etc.

❖ Stores the collected data to facilitate the maintenance of an efficient statistics and information system.

❖ Undertakes simple data analysis to make possible the production of periodical statistical reports.

Conducting Research/Surveys

❖ Administers  the  statistical  instruments  for  capturing  the  required information.

❖ Conduct interviews with the relevant stakeholders.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

C.O.S.C. plus experience in computer Operations.
