Day to Day:
- Interact with senior members of the support team
- Learn, learn, learn about things like
- Client support issues
- The tools the big boys/big girls actually use to support clients
- Solving real world client issues
- Resolve level one support issues like; password reset, email set up, user creation
- Follow up as directed by the senior members of the support team on a multitude of issues, tasks, to-dos, etc.
What you bring:
- An entry level of IT technology: PCs, printers, multifunction devices, networking hardware, and networking software
- A keen sense of a need to add to your IT skill set
- A confidence to try, try, and then try again as you encounter new situations
- A modest to know when to back off and get a second opinion on the next step
- An ability to take correction, learn from experience, and grow
- A strong willingness to go the extra mile

Salary and total compensation will commiserate with experience and skills – $25,000 to $35,000 per year.
