Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional collaborative ERP Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement the ERP system according to business requirements.
- Train users on how to use the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.
- Monitor ERP system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Integrate the ERP system with other business applications.
- Develop and maintain ERP system documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
- Experience with a variety of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
