JOB TITLE : Enterprise Architect

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent focuses on the fulfilment of the Council’s business using IT systems, based on enterprise analysis, design and strategic planning. Enterprise Architect (EA) is required to translate busines goals/needs into pertinent IT Solutions and services. Additionally, EA should aim to assess changes within the Council’s operations in order to produce appropriate application portfolios, change management strategies and software.
Main Duties:
(i) Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating the Council’s needs; analyzing requirements, developing software systems.
(ii) Enhances user accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
Job Specification:
A relevant IT Degree (Information Systems, Computer Science etc.)
IT Service Management certification is a must.
At least 5 years ICT experience.
