Description
Role purpose:
Assist in maintaining & coordinating all commercially relevant operations of the Digital Department. Through the drafting of Business Requirement Documents, organising agile artefacts from the Product Owner perspective to drive efficient & effective delivery of all products.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Support the team to deliver on digital and usage targets.
- Engage internally with cross-functional teams in the delivery of Digital Products. Ensure that stakeholders are aligned and aware of all deliverables that are related to Digital & VAS
- Improve on Go to Market practices in local market to ensure improved customer experience & growth of the Digital Portfolio
- Work closely with supporting the Segment and COPS teams to ensure offers/products launched are insightful and that final proposition experiences are delightful
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of the department and assist Digital Experience with drafting and submission of Change Requests & Business Requirement Specification
