Provision of Engineering Consultancy Services for the Rehabilitation of Semphetenyane Southern By-Pass Corridor
Reference: MCC/RD/CST/SPT/03/2025
- The Maseru City Council has allocated funds from the Government of Lesotho (Road Fund) to be used for the Provision of Engineering Consultancy Services for the Rehabilitation of Semphetenyane Southern By-Pass Corridor.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above consultancy services.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open International Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act, 2023, and is open to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address listed under 8(a) from 27 November 2025 during normal working hours.
- Bidders may obtain soft-copy bidding documents at no cost (upon acquiring a valid Maseru City Council Municipal Clearance Certificate) when purchasing a hard copy from:

Hard-copy documents are available for a non-refundable fee of LSL 2,000.00, between 09:00 – 16:30, weekdays from 27 November 2025.
Payment Methods: Cash, Card, or Mobile Money (EFT / Ecocash / Mpesa) at MCC cashier.
- Bids must be deposited into the Tender Box at the address listed under 8(c) on or before 23 January 2026.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration, valid until 28 May 2026.
Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10:15 AM at the address listed under 8(d) on the same date. - A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on 15 December 2025, as shown in the procurement schedule below. Participation is encouraged.
