Energy Access Fellowship
Location: Maseru, Lesotho
Duration: 6 months (Start by March 1, 2025)
OnePower Lesotho (1PWR) is a renewable energy company dedicated to expanding electricity access across rural Lesotho through solar PV, battery storage, and mini-grid solutions. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Energy Access Fellows.
Fellowship Focus Areas:
1. Asset Management: Coordinate equipment logistics and storage.
2. Operations & Maintenance: Support maintenance of off-grid and mini-grid systems
3. Customer Care: Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Eligibility:
✔️ Undergraduate degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields
