LERIBE DISTRICT COUNCIL – PROCUREMENT UNIT
Leribe District Council Procurement Unit hereby invites tenders from interested locally registered companies for supply and delivery of Construction Material for Leribe District Council.
TENDER NUMBER: ITT: 01/DCS/INFR/2023 – 2024 TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL FOR LERIBE DISTRICT COUNCIL.
To tender for the proposed contract, bidders must be registered suppliers who hold relevant valid Traders’ licenses with specifically “HARDWARE” (nature of business) and must be in compliance with tax obligations with valid Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Certificate where applicable. Additional requirements are specified in the tender document with Work
Descriptions.
The issue date for this tender is 6th OCTOBER 2023, and the closing date is 24th OCTOBER 2023. An original and three (3) hard copies of the tender responses are to be delivered to the district council’s tender box situated at HLOTSE URBAN COUNCIL NEAR MOTEBANG HOSPITAL, NOT LATER THAN 10a.m on 24th October 2023. All tenders will be opened on 15th NOVEMBER 2023 at 10:30a.m.
Sealed bids bearing no identification of bidder must be marked “TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL FOR LERIBE DISTRICT COUNCIL’’. Tender documents are available for free through email. For the bidders who wish to participate for this tender will pay a non-refundable fee to the value of M2000.00 (Two Thousand Maloti only)
PAYABLE AT ACCOUNTS OFFICE LERIBE DISTRICT COUNCIL.
Leribe District Council also reserves the right to cancel the tender before the submission / opening or award of tenders, postpone the tender submission or opening date and to reject.
