Engage Men’s Health provides health services to Men who have sex with Men (MSM). In partnership with access Chapter 2 and as part of a new health program in Hatfield and City of Johannesburg, we offer the following position:
- Head Office, Pretoria (Hatfield)
- Monitoring and Evaluation Manager. S/he will manage monitoring and evaluation. Included is improving data capturing and monitoring progress, monitoring achievements of targets, ensure that data coordinators are trained to receive accurate and quality data from the field, develop SOP guidelines for data capturing, validating and transmission, package and report data from CareWorks and submit to funders representative on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and manage the data coordinators from all sites. Requirement: Appropriate degree and 5 years’ experience preferably in a PEPFAR program . 30 000.00 per month CTC
2. City of Johannesburg (Melville)
- Health Manager. S/he will manage clinic staff, outreach staff and health services such as weekly and daily activities, rosters and targets, liaise with data coordinator for quality reports, weekly quality improvement meetings and interventions to achieve targets. Requirement: B-Degree and 4-6 years relevant experience preferably in a PEPFAR program and computer skills. R40 000.00 per month CTC
- Clinic nurse. A clinic nurse will provide needed biomedical services on specified clinic days (weekdays and Saturdays). It includes HCT, ART initiation, PrEP, screenings for STI’s and TB and behaviour change interventions. Requirement: suitable nursing qualification, must be in possesion of a dispensing certificate and be able to dispense and prescribe medicines , and 5 years relevant experience. R28 000.00 per month CTC.
- Outreach nurse. An outreach nurse will provide mobile biomedical services with peer outreach teams (varying hours including after hours and week-ends). It includes HCT, ART initiation, PrEP, screening for STI’s and TB and behaviour change interventions. Requirement: suitable nursing qualification and registration, must be in a possession of a dispensing certificate and be able to dispense and prescribe medicines, and 3 years relevant experience. R25 000.00 per month CTC
