ELECTRICIAN
Lesotho Flour Mills Ltd, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a dynamic and pro-active individual to fill the position of an Electrician. The incumbent will be reporting to the Electrical Supervisor.
Key Performance Areas/Expected Outputs
- The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs as per procedures.
- Be able to execute electrical projects as per the drawings.
- Be able to diagnose and rectify all process instruments including electronics.
- Be able to draw and maintain electrical schematic diagrams.
- Participate in training aimed at developing new skills and share information with other employees and artisans with respect to electrical engineering instruments.
- Adhere to safety rules and regulation to allow for a safe environment for all personnel and machinery.
Qualifications Required
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Three years industrial experience dealing with heavy electrical machinery, preferably in a high paced manufacturing environment.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel within the Company.
- Ability to work long hours and meeting deadlines.
- Energetic and swift but accurate thinker.
- Computer literacy
