ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION TEACHER
Main Purpose of the Job
To provide innovative, engaging teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure high-quality learner outcomes and satisfaction, while meeting the needs of learners, employers, and stakeholders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in Electrical Installation
- Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice in the field
- Thoroughly prepare suitable teaching, learning, and assessment materials
- Use a variety of appropriate teaching and learning methods
- Plan, coordinate, evaluate, and report on learners’ academic progress
- Train students on wiring systems, electrical safety, tools, and equipment
- Supervise practical workshop sessions
Qualifications and Experience (Minimum Requirements)
Applicants must possess one of the following:
- Certificate in Electrical Installation plus a Teaching Certificate
- Certificate in Electrical Installation plus a Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
