Strong Fibre focus and proven track record.
Experience in implementing and leading a customer driven projects in a large organisation.
Ability to align teams cross-market / function without necessarily having direct management control
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management, both within and outside the organisation.
Has a breadth and depth of service delivery management experience in the delivery of Fibre services.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
3 year Business related Degree – essential or MBA (MBA is a 4th qualification) and
Minimum of 8 to 10yrs relevant experience essential in:
Fibre and FTTx technology and services
Demonstrable ability to rollout/ deploy networks or services.
Project Management
Stakeholder management
Taking existing business capability from a traditional business model and deliver into Fibre
Creating strategic plans to improve Customer delivery.
Achievement of ambitious connections targets within changing internal environments and external market conditions.
Minimum of 4-5yrs Leadership/Management/Supervisory experience (essential)
oInternational experience advantageous.
