University degree or National Diploma in engineering or equivalent
At least 10 year’s management experience in Fibre/GPON deployment
Knowledge of the access network architecture, Transmission, Broadband Core, Layer 3 IP networks, Broadband Devices, Fixed Wireless Access and telecom technologies
Strong knowledge of fibre Project Management and rollout
Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement in day-to-day work and take appropriate actions
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with a strong attention to detail
