Position: EcoSure Specialist

Department: Sasai Econet Financial Services (SEFS)

Reports To: GM – SEFS

Main Purpose:

Perform sales and distribution activities for Ecosure. Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring optimal product availability and visibility

Major Tasks:

  • Propose sales strategies for Ecosure
  • Propose target markets, customer segments, and sales goals to maximize product penetration and revenue generation
  • Evaluate and administrate distribution channels to ensure efficient product distribution. Establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other sales partners to enhance the product’s reach and availability
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics for Ecosure. Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to optimize sales performance
  • Follow sales and distribution policies and procedures
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and distribution channel effectiveness for Ecosure
  • Oversees the overall claims disbursement cycle to ensure fraudulent claim payouts are minimized and curbed to ensure they do not go above industry levels.

Educational Qualifications and Related Experience:

  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent and vocational qualification in Insurance
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Insurance or similar

Knowledge Areas & Competencies:

  • Advanced knowledge in developing, and implementing sales plans consistent with industry best practices and company’s sales strategy
  • Intermediate knowledge of the sales planning and distribution strategy implementation
  • Advanced knowledge in sales planning, and performance screening and reporting
  • Advanced skills to achieve sales targets and deliver profit forecasts
  • Advanced ability to negotiate, interact and achieve targets
  • Advanced ability to analyze and solve work related problems to achieve the correct outcomes.
