Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Driving Instructor, located at Thetsane, Ha Lekhooa Maseru. The Driving Instructor will be responsible for providing driving instruction and driver training, ensuring road safety, and training students to operate b type vehicles. The role involves preparing students for their driving tests, maintaining safety standards, and assessing driving skills on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Driving Instruction and Driver Training skills
- Road Safety awareness and implementation skills
- Experience in Truck Driving and Training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Valid driving instructor certification/license
- Experience in driver education and safety training is a plus
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
