DEPARTMENT: DMA
TITLE: Driver
RESPONSIBLE TO: Assistant Administration Officer
LOCATION: To be placed anywhere in Lesotho
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: One (01)
JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Administration Officer (AAO), the incumbent is responsible for the following duties:
1. Driving
- Maintenance and proper care of Government vehicles
- Maintenance of the vehicle log-book
- Ensuring cleanliness of Government vehicles
- Advising the AAO on due dates for vehicle servicing
- Reporting any damage to the vehicle, loss of vehicle parts, and related incidents
JOB SPECIFICATION
- A minimum of COSC
- A valid driver’s license
- A minimum of three (3) years driving experience
- Certification of competence to drive Government vehicles as assessed by the Traffic Department
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to drive in all areas of the country and in neighbouring countries
