Job Description
Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the overall efficiency by performing daily tasks, relating to the transportation of Company Guests, Team Members, Goods, and luggage handling by providing the highest standards of consistent friendly service in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve maximum guest satisfaction and ensure the department operates efficiently
- Maintain vehicles a clean and pristine working conditions
- Ensure the safety of the guests and team members
- Complete daily vehicle inspection list and action any problems incurred
- Ensure that guests’ requests are passed on to the relevant departments for action: be aware of arrivals, departures, and luggage instructions and also outside catering
- Handle guests’ complaints in an efficient, prompt and professional manner
- Always abide by Lesotho Road Regulations / Traffic laws
- Maintain a good working relationship with team members
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- Promote Hotel’s facilities
Qualifications
- COSC with a pass in English
- Minimum of three (3) years in the service industry environment
- Must possess a valid Public Driver’s & Code 10 License
- Defensive driver’s license shall be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Must not utilize alcoholic beverages and smoking

- Proven track record i.e., no criminal record or suspension of license.
