The scope of work is but not limited to detailed design and construction of tailings conveyor and residue storage facility for the existing mining and process operations. Collection of water and management of such, drilling, blasting, load and haul services at Liqhobong Mine
TCL is searching for experienced, enthusiastic, result oriented and resilient Lesotho citizens to occupy the following position:
POSITION: Drill Rig Mechanic (6)
JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
- Diagnose, repairs, overhauls, and services drill rig engines, components, transmissions, fuel and electrical system.
- Perform preventative maintenance on drill rigs.
- Inspects drill rigs to identify faults and worn-out parts.
- Attends to break downs and emergency calls for repairs and service.
- Maintains appropriate record of services, repairs and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
- Certificate in Auto Electrics – added advantage.
- 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Knowledge and application of equipment/Machinery.
- Valid light vehicle licence.
