Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or other relevant qualification;
• At least 3 years of overall professional experience;
• Good report writing, training and computer skills;
• Experience working with NGOs is essential;
• Previous experience working on HIV related project will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Lesotho health care system is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reports to the Senior Nursing Officer;
• Represent LENEPWHA in various fora at district level e.g. District Health Management Team (DHMT) meetings, as well as all HIV/TB related activities;
• Serve as a liaison offi cer between LENEPWHA Secretariat and LENEPWHA structures at the district and community level;
• Supervise Assistant CAG Officers and other cadres operating at district level;
• Assist in organizing and facilitating trainings/workshops for Lay Counsellors and/or support groups at district/national level;
• Undertake regular supervisory site visits in order to do project monitoring, reconciliation of registers, data collection, and conflict management
