Chaperone Limited is a highly customer-centric and innovative financial services company. We are licensed by the Central Bank of Lesotho as an Issuer of Electronic Payment Instruments in terms of section 12 of the Payment Systems Act No. 55 of 2014. We are looking for a Distribution Officer. S/He will be responsible to build strong relationships with existing agents, recruit new ones and work directly with other stakeholders in the Distribution unit.
CHAPERONE
Position: Distribution Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management with exisiting clients-increasing their transactions and problem resolutions.
• Manage Agents to make sure they remain transacting.
• With assistance of S&D Manager, to Recruit strategic Partners to build a strong Eco-system for the company.
• Closely monitor Agents Perfomance and customer sevices through mystery shopping.
• Refresher trainings on agents and training of new employees at existing agents
• Train sales staff in liason with HR to ensure availability of competent talent for effective and efficient operations.
• Filing of Agent KYC and contracts
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports showing the progress of the operations for information and management decisions.

Qualifications, Experience and Exposure:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Financial Services.
• Commercial Diploma.
• Demonstrated Sales Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have Mobile money experience.
