- Utilise and optimize available technology to track the vehicles movement
- Monitor load plan and communicate deviations to route planned
- Review and analyse daily trip sheet and feedback to management
- Accessibility to customers and communicate any delays with customers’ delivery
- Make adjustments to the load plan to ensure service and efficiency responsiveness
- Work with distribution and sales team to develop priorization rules for loads to minimize delays delivery
- Liaising with 3 rd party transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Produce and review various performance reports to drive results
- Update and maintain the master data monthly
- Monitor KPI’s daily and advise
- Matric certificate
- Completed Tertiary qualification
- Knowledge and experience in routing
- Willing to work on weekends
- Own transport
- Strong drive for results and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers
