Director, People Insights & Experience
The Director, People Insights & Experience will help Scandit create an outstanding and consistent candidate & employee experience through simple, efficient and interconnected tools and processes for getting people-related things done. As the company grows, you will leverage people intelligence to advise us on new ways of organizing and tracking our talent attraction, selection, engagement, development, performance, learning and career activity. You will also ensure all voices are heard through effective listening and engagement practices.
What You Will Do
- Seamlessly weave employee lifecycle activities into Scandit’s company fabric so they become cultural norms
- Take ownership of our people data collection, analytics and visualization capabilities
- Map and document the set of global people processes & drive continuous process improvement
- Serve as main contact for our people systems, scaling them to meet the growing needs of the business
- Identify and address the gaps between today’s workforce and tomorrow’s people needs through strategic workforce planning endeavors
- Create employee listening mechanisms including surveys and social platforms so company leaders can hear perspectives from employees and alumni and respond appropriately

Who You Are
- Progressive experience in Human Resources, People or Operations teams with a proven track record building and optimizing employee-focused processes, systems and structures
- Passionate about creating people environment that is clear, simple, effective and enabling employee success
- Experience managing projects with significant organizational development and change management components
- Experience selecting, implementing and using HRIS, talent, compensation and engagement software and creating connections between the data
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to present well both in-person and remotely
- Ability to form strong and trusting relationships across all levels and functions
- Innovates to fulfill ambitious goals and can influence others to buy into change
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and meet rapidly evolving goals
- Excellent stakeholder management.
