DIRECTOR OF LEGAL ADVICE AND SERVICES CENTER

ATTORNEY GENERAL’S MINISTRY VACANCY NOTICE

Applicants for the position of Director – Legal Advice and Services Center must be:

1. an Attorney-at-Law qualified to practice law in Belize
2. versed in preparing, vetting and drafting legal documents
3. rendering legal advice to members of the public on legal issues
4. in good health.
5. a person who conducts himself at all times, both in his professional and in his personal life, in a manner that will maintain public confidence.

Experience and training required:

1. Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience as an Attorney at Law;
2. Bachelor of Laws Degree from a recognized institution;
3.  Legal Education Certificate or its equivalent; and
4. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in management.

Salary: pay scale 25 of $47,624 x 1,644 – $78,860 per annum
