Director of Finance (Voluntary)
Join Youth Home Lesotho’s Executive Board.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall financial leadership and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Advise the Executive Board on financial matters
• Ensure financial sustainability aligned with organizational goals
• Review financial reports, audits, and statements before presentation to the Board
• Serve as liaison between the Executive Board and the Secretariat’s finance function
• Examine financial positions of District Committees and the Secretariat
Qualifications (Added Advantage)
• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
Nature of Position
• This is a voluntary governance role
• No salary is attached
• Sitting allowances may be provided depending on availability of funds
