Thermosky Technical College (TTC) is a premier institution dedicated to excellence in technical education and skill development. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the college in alignment with its mission and vision
- Lead in policy development and review
- Oversee academic and administrative functions to ensure institutional growth and quality education
- Foster industry partnerships, research collaborations, and student placement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., TVET, CHE, Industrial bodies)
- Promote innovation in curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and skill-based training
- Lead faculty recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation
- Enhance student engagement, discipline, and campus culture
- Drive accreditation, rankings, and institutional branding initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Management or a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training or management in the education sector
- Strong understanding of TVET and other accreditation processes
- Proven track record in academic administration, industry linkages, and institutional development
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Attributes
- Visionary leadership with a passion for technical education
- Experience in fundraising, grants, and infrastructure development
- Appreciation of digital transformation and emerging technologies
- Community engagement
