Exciting Direct Sales Agents Team Leaders roles exist at Letshego Financial Services.

Remuneration: Commission based

Main Purpose

Reporting to Branch Managers in Maseru and Butha-Buthe, the DSA Team Leaders will lead a team of Direct Sales Agents whose work is to attract, acquire and retain clients for Letshego. The team leaders will ensure an optimal performance of the team by planning, organising, leading and controlling all resources, processes as well as performance of the team.

Position Requirements

Education

• Minimum Diploma in Commercial areas (Marketing, Sales, Management)

Other

• Possession of a valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales Agent /Representative or Team Leader.

• Experience in Financial Services Industry, Banking, Insurance. Micro-Finance preferable.

Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Knowledge of business acquisition processes and documentation

• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales

• Ability to drive team to achieve expected sales targets

• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Critical Deliverables /Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Manage a team for Direct Sales Agents

• To drive the team to achieve expected sales target

• To conduct field and marketing sales on behalf of sales team

• To achieve or exceed the minimum monthly team targets

• To assist with completion and processing of loan application forms on behalf of sales team

• To support the Company in some of its marketing activations and public outreach activities meant to create awareness about products and services as may be required from time to time

• To refer new employer schemes business to the Company where such opportunities have been identified in furtherance of common objectives between you and the Company
