The Sales Agent Applicant should be based in Maseru, Mafeteng, Mohale’s Hoek and Quthing.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛:
To sell Liberty Life Lesotho financial solutions (products. technology and services) and to increase sales and potential markets. To actively communicate features and benefits of Liberty Life solutions to its target market to increase demand.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
• Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
• Pursuing business opportunities and developing customer relationships for the acquisition of new business in line with identified targets.
• Ensuring business retention.
• Identifying, approaching, and effectively managing potential leads and call plans using current database and referrals to ensure the delivery of new business targets.
• Maintaining and fostering internal relationships
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Certificate of Proficiency/ Diploma in Marketing or related fields (basic selling skills will be an added advantage).
• 2 years’ experience in a sales environment (knowledge of insurance preferable).
