Vitality Health seeks to engage Direct Sales Agents to distribute its products in the following districts: Maseru, Leribe, Butha Buthe, Mafeteng, Mohales Hoek, Quthing, Qacha’s Neck, Thaba Tseka and Mokhotlong. The purpose of the position is to sell and distribute Vitality Health Plans, generate new business by reaching out to customers and growing our presence. The position is offered on a commission basis.

Sell Vitality Health products to prospective new and existing customers.
Conduct presentations to explain Vitality Health value proposition, advantages and benefits of the products to customers.
Inform customers of the KYC requirements, documentation, processes and membership application procedures.
Assist new customers with filling applications and ensure that customer on-boarding is done accurately and efficiently.
Ensure customers are fully briefed and understand products rules and their benefits.
Engage with customer to manager their membership renewals and health plan upgrades.
Respond to customer queries relating to product sales and service.
Use all networking opportunities and platforms to generate new leads and manage prospective clients’ on-boarding processes.
Attend pear learning sessions, seminars and training to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new business.
Perform administrative tasks, such as capturing new applications and customer related tasks into the CRM.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in sales and marketing or a relevant field
Added advantage: Experience as a sales agent selling financial/insurance services.
Sales generation and closing
Client Relationships management.
Good customer service
Appreciation of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good presentation skills.
Organizing and Planning.
Good negotiation skills.
Initiative and Action Oriented.
Public Speaking and fluent.
Strong Emotional Intelligence.
