VACANCY: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

Location: Maseru, Lesotho
The Centre for Accounting Studies (CAS) is inviting applications for the position of Digital Transformation Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, IT Management, or an MBA with a technology-related specialisation.
- A recognised professional certification in at least one relevant area, such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF or PRINCE2.
- Evidence of successfully implementing digital systems, redesigning institutional processes, etc.
- At least five years’ experience leading digital transformation and IT programmes.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Project/programme management expertise.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Proven experience in agile delivery, change management and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, e.g. cloud platforms, analytics and basic artificial intelligence concepts.
- Personable and culturally sensitive.
- Excellent service-mindedness, communication skills and fluency in spoken English.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Genuine interest in the business of education.
