Vacancy: Digital Marketing Specialist
Touchpoint is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. The successful candidate will manage SEO/SEM, social media, and content strategies, and work closely with the Marketing team to align all digital initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
The role also requires participation in brainstorming sessions and contribution of innovative ideas.
Key Accountabilities
Deliverables
1. Digital Content Creation
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant digital content for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling copy for online channels.
2. Digital Media Management
- Support the management and optimisation of digital media campaigns.
- Analyse performance metrics to refine and improve advertising strategies.
3. Website Content Refresh
- Update and maintain website content to align with ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
4. Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Analyse data to provide insights that support effective digital strategies.
5. Google Ads and SEO
- Assist in planning and executing Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate on SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing (or a related field).
Experience
- 1–3 years in Digital Marketing.
NB:
While a degree or diploma in Marketing is preferred, Touchpoint values willingness to learn, adaptability, and passion for digital marketing more than formal qualifications.
