POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Customer Experience

REPORTING TO: Marketing Communications Manager


To support the formulation of the marketing strategy and the annual marketing and communication plan in line with Marketing’s AOPs.

Key duties/Responsibilities

– Research digital advertising trends/methods

– Develop marketing strategies aligned with overall company strategies

– Develop projects to create content

– Ad copywriting for all content across all platforms

– Measure digital traffic on all platforms

– Determine which type of content will reach customers

– Compose, update and post online content on the company’s website and other social media accounts

– Increase the company’s sales through online marketing

– Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads

– Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools

Qualifications & Experience:

· First Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications

  • 3 to 4years’ experience in marketing


  • Quality content generation and management skills
  • Effective Leadership and time management skills
  • SEO, Google analytics, Google Ad Experience
  • Proven work Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer-service orientated.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests/projects simultaneously and prioritise.
  • Provide motivation, training and support to team members.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear & confident communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem solving ability.
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours from time-to-time when required.
