VACANCY: Digital Marketing Officer 

Position Summary 

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns  across various online platforms. They work to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or  sales. 

Purpose of the Role 

To executing the CBS online marketing strategies to promote company’s brand products and services. 

Core Duties 

Digital Strategy Execution: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with  business goals, as communicated by the Manager Corporate Marketing. 

Content Management: Develop and manage content for various digital channels, including websites, social  media, email marketing, and blogs. 

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine  rankings, and perform keyword research. 

Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as  Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. 

Paid Advertising: Create and manage online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads,  Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. 

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and  promote products or services. 

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), website traffic, conversion  rates, and ROI to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. 

Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and  threats. 

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and  developers, to execute marketing campaigns effectively. 

Requirements 

• Minimum 1-year proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of online advertising  platforms and SEO. 

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook  Business Manager). 

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and writing skills. 

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. 

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies. 

• Graphic Design Skills would be an added advantage. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field.
