Who We Are:
We are a leading digital marketing company that sells health supplements and men’s dating info products. Our passion is creating cutting-edge products and marketing. We partner with world-renowned doctors and spokespeople to educate our audience about our high-end supplements and info products.
Our product inventory includes fat-loss supplements, joint health supplements, a men’s sexual health supplement line, and a men’s dating advice line of products. Some of the marketing for the latter two product line includes “X-Rated” language and romantic undertones. Please do not apply if this makes you uncomfortable.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An all-star with a strong background and experience in effective communication
- A person who’s very comfortable with numbers and reporting
- A responsible individual who is okay with traveling alone and creating relationships with affiliate partners
- We need strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting. You must know basic excel formulas, and have great attention to detail to enter the data correctly
Duties include:
- Researching opportunities
- Managing/building third-party relationships
- Coordinating internally with web team and product managers
- Analyzing data
- Attending conferences throughout the world to establish opportunities
The ideal candidate will have some experience with online advertising, and possess the desire to learn and to help shape our affiliate marketing strategy. However, the right candidate can be trained in the online advertising space if they have a good communications/customer service background. Candidates shouldbe innovative, team-oriented, an effective communicator, as well as have the desire to participate in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
The candidate must be willing to travel domestically and internationally to events/conferences, and not afraid to network and travel alone. This is a must!
The Role:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with publishers, media partners, list brokers, anddisplay network contacts
- Coordinate with web and production teams to manage the operational/creative campaign setup and approval workflow
- Research and find new opportunities and partnerships
- Analyze data to ensure campaigns are meeting allowable CPA goals and ROI benchmarks
- Run monthly reports for accounting/invoicing
- Provide some creative direction for email, insert, banners and landing pages
- Think outside the box
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, most of which is maintaining relationships with affiliates, networks and media buyers. This position is a crucial part of our company. All of our products are sold in the digital marketing space, and affiliates are responsible for bringing traffic to those products. Your position creates and maintains those relationships. You will also have daily, weekly, and quarterly goals to meet. After you are onboarded, we will meet several times per week to help clarify your tasks, and tackle any roadblocks. While we do not dictate your work schedule, our team works normal business hours Monday through Friday, so the right candidate will need to be generally available during normal business hours to successfully work with our team. During product launches, expect the work schedule to be more intense.

You Must Be:
- Independent and not need a lot of oversite. This means you have a demonstrated ability to get your projects and tasks done without daily supervision. No excuses, just a high degree of self-responsibility.
- Organized and able to plan out your time so that you can juggle priorities and meet your deadlines and responsibilities.
- Meticulous so that things don’t get dropped. Expect a big volume of items and that means you have got to be able to handle, organize, track, and execute.
- Strong personality to help us grow our affiliate base.
- An excellent communicator, strong writing and speaking skills. Don’t be the type of person that doesn’t like to get on calls and would rather send text or email. This position needs personal touches, and lots and lots of actual skype and phone calling!
- The capability to get a high volume of work done
The Position:
The position will start as a long-term1099 contract team member. You’ll need to have a solid home office with a computer and high speed internet. This is the equivalent of a full-time role where you’d be consistently working 45-50 hours per week. And during conferences, your days can run as long as 16 hours for 3 consecutive days.
