Your role:
You will be operating cross-team within RoomRaccoon, ensuring all global communication is written to perfection. From writing compelling stories, putting your technical writing talents into practice, to training your (remote) team-members on how to level-up their publications: your days will never feel dull or repetitive! You also will be working closely together with our translators and help perfecting our learning & development content.
You will be accountable for:
- Quality & effectiveness of our all published communications
- Our Knowledge Base (structure & all articles)
- E-mail marketing & social media content
- Training of team-members in levelling-up their written content
- Editing content before publication in languages you master fluently
- Writing stories / content that supports our mission
Our perfect fit has/is:
- At least 3 years full time experience in writing including technical writing
- Experience in copywriting for marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong prioritisation abilities
- Fluent English speaker
- Drive to revolutionise hoteliers worldwide
- Self-motivated & ability to deliver under pressure
- Organised and great eye for detail
- Affection for both international business & tech
