Job Overview
The PR & Brand Network is seeking a qualified and experienced Digital and Social Media Manager to join its team in Maseru. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing effective social media strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing
Requirements
- Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube
- Strong copywriting skills for social media posts, advertisements, and digital strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track and report performance
- Ability to plan, schedule, and execute content calendars
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and content development
- Must have own vehicle
- Must be based in Maseru, Lesotho
