Position: Digital and Social Media Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media posts, advertisements, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track and report performance.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and execute content calendars.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and content development.
- Must be based in Maseru, Lesotho.
